Bet JBD Terms & Conditions — Full Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Bet JBD ("we", "the Platform") and the user of this website ("you", "member"). By using the betjbd.ws website or the Bet JBD mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" — the betjbd.ws website and its associated mobile application.
• "Account" — the member's personal Bet JBD registration.
• "Bet" — Money placed on the outcome of an event.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in your account.
• "Bonus" — bonus funds or free bets awarded for promotional purposes.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

Any changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, you will also be notified at your registered email address.

To open an account on the Bet JBD platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are opening this account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You may only hold one account with Bet JBD, provided you have not previously opened or had an account closed with us.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.

During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Bet JBD reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is provided, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You will be held accountable for all activity carried out on your account unless unauthorized access is proven.

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Never allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you log in on a public computer or shared device, always log out once your session is over.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Bet JBD offers two-factor authentication (2FA). We strongly recommend keeping it enabled.

Please familiarise yourself with the following rules before placing a bet on Bet JBD. These terms apply to all types of bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match is called off.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a bet cannot be accepted due to a technical issue mid-match, the amount will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• Bet JBD reserves the right to void any bet where there is a possibility that the outcome of a match has been influenced.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum varies depending on the event.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. At times, network delays may cause a difference between the odds displayed and the final accepted odds. In such cases, Bet JBD's decision is final.

Bet JBD supports transactions via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following policy applies to all transactions:

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may take additional time due to manual verification.
• Any suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold pending review.

Bet JBD does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Bet JBD bears no responsibility.

Bet JBD offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which the Promotions page are provided there. The general bonus conditions are:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
• Bonus balances not used within the specified time period will expire.
• Each person is entitled to receive a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they convert to withdrawable cash only after the wagering conditions have been met.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended.
• Bet JBD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet JBD platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing anyone else to use your account.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event through illegal means.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using funds from money laundering or any illegal source.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
• Registering an account using false information.
• Using third-party payment methods.

Bet JBD may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity on your account (over 12 months).
• When required by a court order or law enforcement authority.
• At your own request (voluntary closure).

To close your account voluntarily, email support@betjbd.ws. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before requesting closure. Accounts cannot be reopened for at least 30 days after closure.

Bet JBD believes in responsible betting. We want every member to bet for fun and within their limits. To support this, we offer a set of tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily lock your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Betting History: Review your betting activity regularly.

Protecting your personal information is our top priority. Details provided during registration are used solely for account management and service delivery.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
